Capital City OD Network Event: Conflict Strategies Workshop

We are excited to learn the five common conflict management strategies using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI). The TKI is a powerful assessment tool used for 40 years to help individuals, teams, and organizations develop more effective communication skills, build greater trust and stronger teams, facilitate change, and foster more collaborative cultures.

In this workshop, you will learn:

What conflict/communication strategies you tend to overuse and underuse
Why some communication strategies harm trust and delay or kill change initiatives
When to use specific strategies to accomplish your goals in different situations and with different individuals and groups
How to improve your interpersonal communication and conflict management skills and help build more successful employees, teams and organizations

This is a unique opportunity to take the TKI assessment complimentary (there is no additional charge beyond the standard CCODN event rates) as an attendee at August’s CCODN event.

Program time: 6-7:30p

Because this workshop is based on assessment, attendance is capped at 30 and registration closes August 15.
